Shipping Information:
Shipping is done by USPS Priority Mail with insurance and delivery confirmation. Shipments go out within 3 business days of payment deposit in our account. Shipping time is 3-5 business within the USA, overseas will very according to possible delays in customs.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies: Returns and refunds have a 5% restocking fee. Unless prior arrangements between both parties have been agreed on, as in a credit for the exchange of the purchased item for another item of equal or greater value. Cancellations can only be processed by Merchant upon your emailed request and only if the item has not been paid for, if item has been paid for it will be handled as a refund with restocking fees.
